On the weekend we went to watch the Lions vs the Swans at the Gabba and it was one of the better games of AFL that I’ve seen.
Started-out pretty slow and by the end of the first half we (the Lions) were trailing by a couple of points.
In the first few minutes of the second half we had regained those points and then the game went point-for-point. As the second half was drawing to a close the Swans were 1 goal ahead. They had possession of the ball and were taking their time to hold their lead for a few minutes til the game ended, but then we intercepted the ball and scored a field goal to make for a 63 all draw.
Was an awesome game and even though we didn’t win, but we didn’t lose either!
