On Saturday afternoon / evening we went to a soap party. Imagine a Tupperware party, but instead of expensive pieces of plastic, they were selling all natural soaps. Fortunately I was able to keep me potty-mouth in order so no one tried to make me eat any of the soap, but some of the flavours and smells were almost good enough to eat.
I doubt I would volunteer to go to another soap party (or any other party where they make you feel guilty for not buying whatever it is they’re trying to sell), but it was something a bit different.
On Sunday Kristy went to the Mind, Body and Spirit expo with her friend Trish so I caught-up on some work and then popped over to Mum and Dad’s for some lawn bowls. When I got there I found that Brett and Lyndal had come over for lunch, so it was great to catch-up with them in the process.
