There’s been so much other stuff happening lately that we haven’t had much time to see too many movies, but we have recently watched Spiderman 3 and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT)…
Both movies were really good. Spiderman had some very funny parts which surprised me, along with some excellent CGI for Sandman and Venom (although it would have been nicer if we got to see a bit more of Venom). Bruce Campbell never fails to amuse and the darker / emo Peter Parker was great.
TMNT was pitched more towards the younger market, but was still done really well. The animation was good and both the style of artwork and storyline were more like some of the TMNT graphic novels that came-out years ago which were slightly darker than the regular TV show.
