Simple games are a lot more interesting whilst intoxicated

Posted on Friday 23 February 2007

A couple of Friday night’s ago I caught-up with a friend who I haven’t seen in ages.

The night consisted of a reasonable amount of drinking and catching-up which was a lot of fun and as the night progressed we somehow started playing a game called Uno Stacko which is basically a strange mix of the games Uno and Jenga.

The Jenga blocks are coloured and numbered, so you have to pull a block that matches either the color or the number of the previously-pulled block with the added complexities of “take two” and “reverse” which changes the direction of play.

This all sounds fairly simple (and possibly not all that interesting)… but after a few drinks, it becomes amazingly challenging and quite fun – not to mention that it could easily become the basis of drinking games or other challenges when you lose!
