Last week one of my old school mates – Miguel (who I haven’t seen since the end of high-school) was back in town, so we caught-up for a few drinks.
The social gathering was organised by Mick who also invited Artur and Jay… and even though there were a few moments of awkward silence, it was still great to see everyone again.
Miguel hasn’t really changed, although to be honest with you, I don’t think that many of us have really changed that much from when we were at school – we’re just a little older, occasionally more mature and I’m a little heavier than I was back then.
Miguel’s been working up at Cairns for the last few years but occasionally comes back to Brissy for courses and seminars, so hopefully we can catch-up again next time he’s in town.
