On Monday night we had dinner with Gerard and Christine before the head back to the UK. We enjoyed an evening of great food (at a local restaurant called Fenton’s), even better conversation and a lot of laughs.
Amidst all the funny stories about Chris and Gerard’s travels, family, work etc. Caleb educated us on advanced scientific theory which was very entertaining.
It’s a real pity they’re heading back so soon as it was really really nice catching-up with them.
Luckily my savings account is slowly growing so Kristy and I will definitely be paying them and Con a visit at some stage over the next 12 months!
