Had a really good weekend.
Friday night Kristy and I went over to the pub across the road for dinner and then continued drinking at home afterwards.
Did some work on Saturday and whilst Kristy was at a wedding in the afternoon/evening, Caleb and I played PS2 and ate junk food. Was lots of fun as Caleb is getting to the age where he can actually play the games properly and is starting to beat me (which isn’t a huge feat, as I’m pretty crap).
Sunday was Fathers day and I got breaky in bed, Dave Hughes Live DVD from Kristy and a card and pet rock from Caleb. In Caleb’s card, he had drawn a pic of me sitting at the computer doing work… in my undies.
That afternoon we popped out to see Miami Vice and I’d have to say it was crap. Not a lot of depth to the characters, average acting, storyline would be more suited to a TV show and not a feature length movie (I wonder why?) and the only thing that I really liked was the 80′s feel that they gave it. Maybe my expectations were just a little too high…
