I don’t really know why I’m blogging this as I don’t expect anyone with the following qualifications to read this… but hey…
As most of my readers would be aware, my partner Kristy Wilson is a Project Controller at Boeing Amberley. She’s just informed me that there are a few positions available that need to be filled ASAP… so here they are:

RE: AVIONICS POSITION AT AMBERLEY
To whom it may concern,
This is Major Tom to Boeing Control,
I’m stepping through the door (the door of opportunity and would like the avionics job please)
(my current job sucks because) I’m floating in a most peculiar way
And the stars look very different today (nothing to do with the application – its just that brad and Angelina have had collegian implants again)
For here (my current job)
Am I sitting in a tin can (I currently have cramped working conditions)
Far above the world (has to be a health and safety issue)
Planet Earth is blue (I obviously don’t work in London as the earth there is generally Grey)
And there’s nothing I can do (my wife wont let me leave my current job until I get another one)
Though I’m past one hundred thousand miles (traffic to work is a nightmare and is really clocking the miles on the car)
I’m feeling very still (again the traffic sucks)
And I think my spaceship knows which way to go (I may be hallucinating)
Tell my wife I love her very much (she knows!) (And please give me the Job so she will get off my back about it)
