The OC and Nip/Tuck

Over the weekend we finished watching the third season of the OC and Nip/Tuck season 2. We’ve got a few more shows to catch-up with, but once that’s done, I’ll be looking into Entourage (recommended by Mel) and The Mighty Boosh (recommended by Con).
If anyone else has any suggestions of good TV I should [...]

On the topic of hardware

Whilst I’m on the topic of hardware (and generally being wrong), I thought that this clip was somewhat appropriate:

What I found at Bunnings

On Saturday Caleb went to a birthday party for one of his school friends at McDonald’s. Whilst he was playing we decided to check-out Bunnings (can’t remember the exact reason, and since I have no interest in hardware it was a bit strange, but the sheer size of the place creates some strange appeal [...]

Asus – Excellent Service

( Work )

On Sunday night I was on the phone and as I went to put it back on its base, it slipped and landed on my laptop keyboard (popping one of the keys off). I clipped the key back in place thinking everything was fine, but when I started typing on it, they key kept popping [...]

On Friday night Kristy’s dance school, Performance Plus Dance Centre, were involved in an eisteddfod (which spans the whole weekend) and Kristy’s group came 1st and 3rd in their section.
The first of the two dances they performed was a tap dance with Sadie (The Cleaning Lady) as the music – this routine was placed third [...]

Prime

Saw the movie Prime during the week. It was a movie about a woman (Uma Thurman) who falls for a younger man after her divorce. In the midst of all this, Uma is seeing a psychiatrist (Meryl Streep) and the younger man happens to be the psychiatrist’s son.
The plot outline makes it sound [...]
